Live Training
StaffPrep
A preshow meeting up to 2 hours in length conducted either at your location, off site or the show site.
Half Day
An expanded StaffPrep with small group work, exercises and limited roleplaying – 4 hours
StaffPrep Plus
Includes a combination of the preshow staff training, staff coaching on the floor, observation of the exhibit and staff and a debrief at the end of the first show day so the client can make adjustments and any needed mid-course corrections.
On-the-Set
Includes a combination of the preshow meeting, observation of client's exhibit plus up to 3 competitors, followed by a debrief at end of the show day so the client can make adjustments and any needed mid-course corrections. Within two weeks after the show, the client will receive a fully detailed written report that includes observations of all and recommendations for the client. The report can become the benchmark against which to measure upcoming shows.

Distance Training
StaffPrep Online
Exhibitor staff training programs that are delivered in the distance learning mode for clients who have geographically dispersed staffs where it is impractical to prepare them before a show. It is a 45-60 minute live session that can combined with an on-line quiz and participant rewards. It is interactive, allows for polling, asking questions and dialogue before, during and after the session.
Self Paced Intranet or CD Training
You Can Make a Difference is easy-to-use, informative and challenging. It addresses the issue of how to prepare your staff for an upcoming show or event. The program is relevant for the novice as an introduction to working the show or for to the experienced staffer as a refresher. It is organized into 6 training modules and can be completed in 45 minutes at staff's convenience 24/7.
